Download process When your order has been paid for (via the Protx payment site), you will be returned to the Shop and will see the Order Information page. Your download link should appear at the bottom of this page.
You will also be sent an Order Process confirmation email. In this there will be a link, Detailed Invoice. You can follow this back into your account. There you can view the Order Information page, and you will find the download link at the bottom of the page. If you don't want to download the file immediately, you can log in later, visit My Account and view your order. Again you will find the download link at the bottom of the Order Information page. You have 7 days to download the file before the link expires. |
