The WGRG is a semi-autonomous project of the Iona Community, employing 4 full-time and 1 part-time workers.

As semi-autonomous, we are not core-funded by the Iona Community and so are responsible for finding the great majority of our running costs each year. The royalty income from the separate, personal work of John L. Bell & Graham Maule, as authors, is what underwrites the work of the WGRG as an Iona Community project.

As a result, we exist on a relatively tenuous, break-even and year-to-year only basis.

Currently (2010), our funding relies on the following sources:

• 48% Royalties
• 20% Fees & refunds
  
• 18% Sales
• 8% Iona Community
• 6% Donations

So we also welcome donations and other forms of financial support (Gift Aid, Covenant) towards our work.
